Lemon Amber set in Silver pendant

I started out cutting some Baltic Amber rough resin this week. I use a mixture of Lapidary tools to cut & shape the stone. The scent of Pine cutting the stone sparks my imagination to consider that a tree somewhere close to the Baltic sea 34-40 Million years ago cried tears of Sap/ Resin. The Amber formed and was carried through time on many an ocean wave to reach it's present form. 

A beautiful Resin which is Lemon / Pale yellow in colour. Set in a beautiful 999 Fine SIlver & 925 sterling silver setting. Hallmarked. Eamon ó Broin Jewellery.
