A cousin of Labradorite also known as white Labradorite.
Rainbow Moonstone – Rainbow moonstone belongs to the Feldspar family meaning it is a tectosilicate usually containing potassium, barium, sodium or calcium. Feldspars form as a magma begins to cool, harden and crystallize. This magma in this case is then an orthoclase. Quarried in India with the blue variety from Madagascar & Sri Lanka. Also known as a white variety of Labradorite. Sixty percent of the Earth’s crust is made up of Feldspar minerals & gemstone materials.
