What is visible in the night sky can be a beacon or gentle reminder of the cyclical patterns in life. If we pay attention to what we can see in the sky, and work with nature in this rhythmical way just like our ancestors did, we can begin to harness the natural energies available to us on earth. Look at what the Moon does to water with the rising and falling of tides. If our bodies contain on average 70-80% water might we begin to feel the subtle effect of the moon on our being and begin to work with the changing energies. We can journal our intentions with the moon and write down and draw the moon phase to reflect on our findings.
